What this intake is for

The fit check is how we decide where to invest. We finance the builds we take on, so every submission gets scored on things like operational complexity, software fragmentation, and owner readiness. Only high-potential fits get full discovery. This is an evaluation, not a sales funnel.

If the fit is there, the next step is funded discovery: paid for by Hadto, producing a Business Operating System Blueprint (your operation written down) that you own whatever happens next. If it is not a fit right now, we tell you plainly, and why.

The more honestly you describe what still comes back to you (callbacks, discount approvals, dispatch priority, crew quality), the better we can score fit. Those owner-dependence points are what we expect discovery to map first. We use plain language throughout; you do not need to learn Hadto terminology before filling out this form.
